WATCHFLOOR product terms

WATCHFLOOR · Product policy version revision-5.2026-08-23 · Effective 23 August 2026 UTC

These product terms describe the revision 5 service behavior and are not legal advice or attorney approval. They must be reviewed and accepted through the deployment’s qualified legal process before production use.

Service

WATCHFLOOR provides a browser-based, tenant-scoped operational picture over approved open-data sources, collaboration records, analysis, briefing, and export controls. Availability, latency, device, GPU, provider, and production SLO claims are not made by this revision.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful crisis, logistics, research, and situational-awareness work within your workspace authorization. You are responsible for source licenses, uploaded data authority, export recipients, and destination review.

Important limits

WATCHFLOOR is not a targeting, weapons, classified, law-enforcement surveillance, person-tracking, forecasting, or authoritative emergency-management system. Models and public feeds may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or unavailable. Do not treat output as an operational order or sole basis for life-safety decisions.

Accounts and workspace

Keep credentials private. Administrators assign roles. Server-side tenant boundaries and ownership checks govern access. Exports and signed shares are user actions, are auditable, and remain subject to source-license and recipient authorization.

Data governance review

Subprocessors, international transfers, age requirements, regulated-data restrictions, accessibility policy, retention, backup deletion, and jurisdiction-specific terms remain qualified legal/deployment-owner review items.
